Getting Started -

Our initial meetings November 25, 2002, December 18, 2002 centered on organizational activities. Using the grant as a guideline we set out to answer the following questions: 1) how do we organize ourselves, 2) what communication methods and tools do we need and 3) how do we manage grant activities? Therefore our first two meetings centered on role development and communication methods.

December 2002 - Februrary 2003 - Using Microsoft Project we keep track of individual group activities as they emerge along a project timeline. The First Quarter Activity Report demonstrates the tool and indicates what activities have been completed.
